Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fleet Manager ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Nature of Service & User Responsibility

Fleet Manager is a client-side management utility that connects directly to remote Linux VPS servers via SSH. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You must own or have explicit, documented authorization to connect to and run commands on any target server configured in the app.
• You are solely responsible for all commands, scripts, process lifecycle actions (PM2/Docker/Systemd), and configuration modifications performed via Fleet Manager.
• StateCraft shall not be liable for any server downtime, data loss, misconfigurations, or service interruptions caused by commands executed through the app.

3. Subscription & Billing Terms

Fleet Manager provides a free trial followed by an auto-renewing subscription processed exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing:

• Free Trial: New accounts receive an introductory trial to test all features with zero risk.
• Billing: Subscriptions are managed and charged by Google Play according to your chosen plan.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime directly in your Google Play Subscriptions settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All software design, source code, logos, and documentation related to Fleet Manager are the exclusive intellectual property of StateCraft and its licensors.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
